Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Items eligible for return must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.Exceptions include perishable goods and personalised items.

 

2. Timeframe for Returns

Customers have a 30-day window to initiate a return, refunds or exchange request. After this window, any request will not be allowed.

 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers should send an email to support@wowbuy.co.za. The request will undergo manual administration by the Wow Buy team.

 

4. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

5. Refund or Exchange Policy

Customers can opt for a cash refund, store credit, or exchange for the same product.

 

6. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in the expected condition for eligibility, including tags attached if relevant and in the original packaging.

Refusal of refunds may apply for items returned in a damaged or used condition.

 

7. Communication and Tracking

All communication regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges will be conducted via email.

Tracking information (such as an Order Number) may be provided to customers for their reference.

 

8. Exchanges

Exchanged products must be identical, subject to the seller’s discretion to offer exchanges.
